Delivery & Refund
All items are sent using standard post/carrier and will be delivered within 3 - 7 working days dependent on your geographical location.
Please Note: During peak season, September to December, delivery’s may take longer to fulfil and we would ask you to allow up to two weeks for your goods to arrive.
Your order can be delivered to any address – your home ,workplace or a neighbour’s whichever is most convenient for you just let us know when ordering. Please note that a signature is required at the time of delivery and proof of ownership of the credit or debit card may be required upon delivery when an alternative delivery address is required.
* Please note that Talbots will be closed for annual stock take and Easter holiday from 5pm Monday 25th March and reopens at 9am on Wednesday 3rd April. therefore your order will not be processed duing this period *
Goods can also be collected from our Shop or Showroom.
*Please note that all deliveries need to be signed for.
The delivery fee of £8.25 is for a delivery charge for the first two transit packages. Any larger orders above this quanity may incur an additional transport fee that is not advised at time of placing the order. Our sales team will contact you if an additional courier fee is required.
Returns / Refund
We operate a 14 day returns policy. Under our 14 day money back guarantee you may return to us, any product that you are not completely satisfied with providing it has not been assembled and remains in its original packaging Talbots(Birmingham)Ltd will not accept any responsibility or liability for any transit damage that may occur on any product that you have returned to us whether for replacement or return. We strongly suggest that you make sure that you use sufficient packaging to protect your returns and insure against damage before returning any product.
Should you wish to cancel your order please email your request to <[email protected] if the item has not yet been despatched, the items ordered will be cancelled.
